The value for money is exceptional, especially considering the prices in Switzerland. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the comfortable rooms with big balconies and mountain views, to the friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, with easy access to the ski lifts and the bus terminal for other activities. The breakfast included in the stay was a great start to each day.
Everything was more than satisfactory.

We stayed in a hotel close to the ski slopes, which was perfect because we wanted to spend most of our time skiing. the location was amazing as we didn't have to travel far with our equipment. the breakfast was filling, and the staff were friendly and efficient, providing a taxi service to the bus stop that was really helpful.
We were disappointed with the room condition. the shower was poorly designed, making it difficult to rinse our hair.

Loved the warm and cozy room with its heated bathroom floors and clean amenities. the staff was super welcoming and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. the breakfast spread was superb, especially the fresh bread. the hotel's proximity to the slopes and local restaurants was also great.
we arrived late at night and had to make arrangements with another hotel for check-in and the fob accessing the building didn't work one night, which was a bit stressful.

Location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel is located very close to the ski slopes and the bus terminal, which was very convenient for me. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was impressed with the daily cleaning and fresh towels. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and were happy to come pick us up from the bus station upon arrival. The buffet-style breakfast had plenty of choices, and it was a great way to start the day.
All was perfect during my stay at the hotel. There was nothing negative that I experienced.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even offering to pick us up from the bus station. The location couldn't have been better - it was close to the ski lifts and just a short walk to the slopes. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a big balcony that offered stunning views of the mountains. And to top it all off, the breakfast was included and had a great variety of delicious options.
All in all, it was a fantastic stay without any major issues.
